Cross between Honey Crisp and Enterprise Apple. It took 20 years to develop this variety. Farmers and growers tried thousands of combinations of seeds and genetics, and finally we have the cosmic apple. Sweet, firm, white.

Golden & topaz. Opal naturally non-browning. Sweet, semi-firm and white.
