Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Chicagoland and into southeastern Wisconsin. To see if your home or office is in our delivery area, visit our homepage and enter your zip code. We are adding new areas all the time so check back again if we don’t currently deliver to your zip code.
Is Fresh Midwest a subscription service?
No. You can order any time from Fresh Midwest and get your groceries delivered when you want them. Typically, orders placed today are delivered tomorrow – though you may also choose to schedule delivery for a date and time that is convenient for you.
What is your Deliciously Fresh Guarantee?
Our Deliciously Fresh Guarantee ensures that you will be completely satisfied with every product, every time. If you are ever dissatisfied, please call our Customer Care team at 1-800-963-7125 and they will quickly resolve your issue.
How do I set up an account?
You will be prompted to set up an account during checkout. Please note that only one account is allowed per address. First time promotional offers on orders placed with a new email address and is associated with an existing physical address will be removed.
What are the days and hours of delivery?
We deliver Monday through Saturday. You can choose from our 3-hour delivery windows: 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, or 2pm-5pm. This allows us to offer free delivery to all orders above $75 and to route with maximum efficiency to reduce carbon emissions and greenhouse gases.
