About Sticky Toffee Pudding
In 2004, Tracy Wilkinson Claros, their founder, moved from Kendal, England to Austin, Texas. Starting with nothing more than a folding table at a local farmer’s market, she introduced artisan British puddings to Austin, Texas and eventually to the U.S. retail market. These restaurant-quality desserts are baked in small batches using the finest traditional ingredients. Tracy spends a great deal of time ensuring the quality of their product meets her rigorous standards, as well as developing new recipes and products for customers to enjoy.
