About Lillie's Q
Chef Charlie McKenna opened the doors of Lillie’s Q restaurant in July 2010 to honor his grandmother, Lillie, who taught him the art of Southern cooking. As he traveled the BBQ competition circuit from Memphis to Alabama and the Carolinas, he created a barbeque sauce unique to each region, now known as Lillie’s Q. Lillie’s Q products bring people to the table to experience authentically crafted Southern barbeque flavor, true to their regions and traditions.

All Natural. Each of Lillie's Q sauces are made from a unique blend of all natural ingredients and pays homage to a specific Southern region. Their sauces are made with gluten-free ingredients, contain no artificial colors or preservatives, no high fructose corn syrup.
